Predictive control and rotor fault detection

The lecture was one of the three invited lectures at an international IEEE conference in Tallinn, Estonia. Topic of the lecture was presentation of activities of Laboratory for control engineering and power electronics in the area of predictive control. Additionally, results of application of these methods in diagnostics systems for rotor fault detection have been presented.

Development of diagnostic system for predictive monitoring of inter-turn short-circuits in synchronous generator excitation windings – Stage III.

The project comprises of design, realization and implementation of hardware and software solutions of diagnostic system for on-line detection of short-circuits in excitation windings of synchronous generators. It evaluates the signals from flux probes installed in the air-gap and detects possible asymmetries in magnetic field.

Student electromobil

Adapted vehicle was exhibited at the International Conference Electric Mobility Conference. The car is successfully homologated and on the basis of this we have also registered it. Car was also presented on the national television broadcast in Slovenian Chronicle.
