Development of a rotary magnetic refrigerator

In the article, a new prototype of the rotary magnetic refrigerator is presented and described. The prototypes has been developed by authors of the article. The prototype applies static magnetic field performed by permanent magnets. In the article the basic principle of the operation is described. Results of the numerical analysis on different operation parameters are shown in the article. A full concept of analyses, planning, design and construction of the prototype is presented.

Audio and video tracking of the experimental shooting with the munitions 40x53 DIEHL DM 111

A monitoring and analysis on the performance of the shooting weapon was performed by the fast-running system. This was performed for the Slovenian Ministry of Defense and for Slovenian Army. The report presents the results of analysis of the experimental shooting.

Inspections of air-conditioning systems in Slovenia

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has under guidance of Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning in Slovenia prepared Regulations on realization of inspections of air conditioning systems, methodology for inspection and proposal for program for education of independent experts. The article is presenting a review of air-conditioning situation in Slovenia and procedure for inspection which consists of: overview, visual inspection of air conditioning system and report about inspection.

Scaling in district heating substations

The article presents and describes methods which serve in district heating systems and their heating substations. By the implementation of such methods the life cycle can be increased, as well as the reliability, and the energy efficiency of systems.
