Implementation of consulting workshops from the field of project management in the company Elektro Maribor in the period from 2010-2011

Implementation of project-oriented work in the company Elektro Maribor. We have implemented an extensive training of companies project managers, equal to the certification process made by International Project Management Association. We have designed new project methodology for the compnay with all necessary project documentation and instructions. We have also proposed changes in organisational structure of the company to embrace new project-oriented work.

New metrology capability (CMC) in the database KCDB at BIPM

Laboratory for Production Measurement – holder of the national standard for length has sent new “calibration measurement capability(CMC)” in the field of calibration line scales to BIPM. After successful evaluation at EURAMET and other regional metrology organisations, the CMC was approved and published in the international database KCDB at BIPM.
