Establishing a control system and takeover of samples into batch production. As an experimental development we have conducted a research in the field of system design and quality processes, within industrial development we have prepared guidelines for quality assurance and quality system of samples takeover. This part includes a dynamic model of product introduction with the use of innovation management and phase-based model of new product takeover into batch production. We presented the Kanban concept and prepared a feasibililty study on introducing Kanban into aerospace production in Veplas.

This journal publishes theorethical and practical papers, dealing with questions about up-todate technology (Energetics and process engineering, structures and machine construction, production engineering, mechanics and materials etc.) The most important topics are: projecting, constructing, operation, environment protection, etc. in the field of mechanical engineering and related sciences.

COBISS.SI-ID: 762116Prof. Bojan Ačko is a contact person for Republic of Slovenia in the European Association of National Metrology Institutes Euramet for quantity length (TCL). He is designated by MVZT-MIRS (additional information on http://www.npl.co.uk/euromet/length/ end http://www.mirs.gov.si/si/mednarodno_sodelovanje/clanstva/euromet/). The achievement is important for assuring international traceability, which is opening the SLO industry an economic way of reaching better measurement capabilities and as a consequence proves of quality characteristics of most pretentious products in international market.

Laboratory for Production Measurement as a holder of national standard of length has gained positive international expert opinion for the procedure SOP 32, which was the basis for publishing three calibration and measurement capabilities (CMCs) for the field of laser radiations in the BIPM internet database. Published CMCs have enormous influence on international reputation of Slovenia. In addition, it enables Slovene industry to get metrology traceability at the highest metrological level.
F.04 Increase of the technological level
Slovenian Project Management Association (ZPM) is a non-profit organisation, established in 1992 and a member of Internation Project Management Association. ZPM is the main Slovenian organisation that develops and promotes project management profession in Slovenian and abroad. The members of our research programme have a significant role in ZPM: vice-president of ZPM (dr. Palcic) and a member of professional board (dr. Bastic).
