Zois award for important scientific achievements for research of ferroelectric ceramics and thin films, 2010 (B Malič)

B. Malič obtained important scientific results in the field of synthesis of environment friendly lead-free piezoelectrics, chemical solution deposition of ferroelectric thin films and solution synthesis of nanoparticles in published them in a number of papers. The paper from 2005, has been among the top 10 cited articles published in Journal of the European Ceramic Society in the (2005-2010) period.

Centre of Excellence: Advanced Materials and Technologies for the Future; CE NAMASTE

Prof. Marija Kosec is the head of the Centre of Excellence: NAMASTE. This is one of the eight Centres of Excellence being approved in 2009 by the Slovenian Government. The Center has been introduced in various events including in parlament.
