Leading international project Absofilm

We were involved in the MATERA-ERA NET "Absofilm" project as Slovenia leaders. The aim of the project was to develop a new generation of hexaferrite microwave absorbers. We successfully accomplished our goal and developed electromagnetic absorbing ceramic and composite coatings suitable for 1-60 GHz.

Organization of the scientific conference Slovene Conference on Materials and Technologies for Sustainable Development

We participated in the organization of the first Slovenian Conference on Materials and Technologies for Sustainable Development. This two-day conference was concentrated on two key topics of sustainable development: the development of materials and technologies for protection of the environment and the effective use of energy.

Hydrothermal synthesis and the properties of superparamagnetic barium-hexaferrite nanoparticles

Hydrothermal synthesis and the properties of superparamagnetic BaFe12O19 nanoparticles were presented at an invited lecture. Special attention was given to the structural and magnetic properties of the nanoparticles.

We are the Slovenian leader of the EURPIDES "IMICIMO" project. The project is devoted to the development of the materials and technologies suitable for LTCC microwave modules.
