During the period 2009-2014, Sandi Klavžar and Bojan Mohar served as editors and members of editorial boards of most of the central journals that cover graph theory. At the present, Bojan Mohar is an editor of SIAM Journal on Discrete Mathematics (Associate Editor), Discrete Mathematics (Associate Editor), Electronic Journal of Combinatorics (Editor-in-Chief) and member of editorial boards of other journals including Journal of Graph Theory, Discrete & Computational Geometry, Ars Mathematica Contemporanea, Journal of Combinatorial Theory Series B, MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry. Sandi Klavžar is currently an editor of Discrete Applied Mathematics (Associate Editor) and Discussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory (Advisory Editor) and is a member of editorial boards of other journals including Ars Mathematica Contemporanea, AsianEuropean Journal of Mathematics, European Journal of Combinatorics, MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry.

During 2009-2014 the members of the program delivered numerous invited lectures on central intermational conferences on graph theory, combinatorics, and discrete mathematics. For instance, the lecture "Fibonacci cubes, generalized Fibonacci cubes, and bad words" was an invited plenary lecture at one of the central conferences in combinatorics; among several dozens of invited lectures Bojan Mohar delivered a lecture at the Kyoto Prize Satellite Workshop in Tokyo, 2010; Boštjan Brešar was an invited speaker at 22nd Workshop on Cycles and Colourings, 2013, in High Tatras, Slovakia.
