1.
Physical properties of nanosystems

J. BonĨa was coeditor of proceedings of the NATO series that was published by Springer. Proceedings contain contributions from participants of the conference that was organised in collaboration with dr. S. Kruchinin in Yalta 2009. Proceedings contain contributions from various contemporary research areas such as: nanosystems, superconductors, systems far from equilibrium, quantum informatics and quantum entanglement.

Influence of phonons on physics of strongly correlated electron systems

In his PhD thesis L. Vidmar investigated the influence of phonons on static and dynamic properties of correlated electron systems. For his PhD thesis, Dr. L. Vidmar was a recipient of the Golden emblem award of J. Stefan

The influence of phonons on electron transport in nanoscopic systems

The electronic transport through nanoscopic systems in the Kondo regime is studied. The effects of electron phonon coupling are investigated. For the internal molecular modes the main effect is supression of local repulsion. For oscillations of molecule between the contacts it is the hybridization which is affected instead. The stability of the two channel Kondo fixed point arising at the critical value of the electron phonon coupling is investigated. For his PhD thesis, Dr. Mravlje was a recipient of the Golden emblem award of J. Stefan
