ProBiS (Protein Binding Sites) Web Server

The ProBiS server aims to predict the protein binding sites that are found via the local protein structure search in the PDB data bank (Protein Data Bank). Upon the invitation of the data bank authors, the ProBiS server has been listed among the protein structure analysis tools found at the RCSB PDB website (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/static.dop=general_information/ web_links/structure_classification.html). Here, the most successful programs for the classification of newly determined proteins, especially those from structural genomics projects, are collected on a common site.
