1.
Individuality of high quantity products with research and implementation of modern multi layer element forming technology

Contemporary trends of individuality represent new challenges in the field of sheet metal production. From this purpose new technology approach for multi layer construction elements was developed. Forming of the pre-painted construction elements without supporting tools are possible only due to perfect knowledge of material characteristic, kinematics and tribological conditions between forming tool and formed material. With excellent co-operation between science and industry real product has been introduced to world market, which offers competitive advantage for buyer, architect and investor.

Analysis of innovative forming processes in digital environment

To remain competitive the industry must design and validate new products and production processes already in virtual environment. The paper presents digital validation of two innovative technologies of cold and warm forming. IF at room temperature of various shapes made from DC05 sheet metal and warm forming of the billet upsetting of magnesium alloy AZ80 are presented case studies. The paper will discuss those cases in order to confirm the quality of obtained results from digital environment and their usability in industrial practice.

3.
Tribological and temperature aspects of incremental sheet metal forming

Majority of the sheet metal forming processes demand use of lubricants with oils involving additives, which are hazardous for several reasons. Therefore, the paper is focused towards the analysis of different manners of lubrication (dry contact, liquid lubricant and hard coatings) and their effects on tool temperature during single point incremental sheet metal forming, which is nowadays very attractive and manly used for small and medium batch production.

4.
Individuality of high quantity products achieved by incremental sheet metal forming technology

In order to follow trends modern forming technology called incremental sheet metal forming has been applied as an additional technology in multi layer construction element production. Specialty of applied forming process reflects on demand to preserve all existing attributes of recently final products as fire safety, load capacity, corrosion resistance, heat and sound isolation, simultaneous with perfect adaptability to requirements of design, forming speed and product repeatability. With excellent co-operation between science and industry real product has been introduced to world market.

5.
The definition of stable technological window by incremental sheet metal forming

In dissertation asymmetric single point incremental sheet metal forming technology are discussed from the definition of stable and safe forming procedure point of view. So, the aim of dissertation was to define technological window inside which forming process can be performed reliably. For these reason two models to predict forming results in advanced were proposed, which enables quick definition of technological windows.
