The report presents the results of the field surveys, analyses of policies and initiatives of the European Union, Slovenia and other relevant international documents. It also includes a an extensive review of the state-of-the-art concerning the latest approaches and best practices for dealing with barriers in the built environment, communication and information. These analyses present the basis on which, we drew up a list of recommendations for the elimination of barriers in the areas investigated.
