In this paper, an architecture and implementation of a quality-aware information broker for cloud computing are presented. The broker recommends to a user the most suitable cloud provider according to different criteria, such as cost and quality of service (QoS). The model used is based on measuring similarity between provider's computational resources and the user’s requirements of resources cost and QoS. The QoS is defined as providers' reputation of their reliability and previous users overall satisfaction.

COBISS.SI-ID: 23056935An increasingly large number of digital documents, need to be preserved by organizations. Business documents such as various contracts may be of great business value, may only exit in digital form and may need to be preserved for longer periods of times. The preservation process should take care of both the integrity and authenticity of digital documents, providing proofs of document authenticity. In this paper we look into long term archiving best practices and capture them on a more abstract, generic level, providing a set of core long term archiving security patterns.
