The map is usefull in the area of Slovenia, since it covers the state area. Beside the local practicability the map has a broader use, especially in the field of apprach to landslide susceptibility assessment. The map represents a useful tool in the fields of geology, hydrology, forestry, geography, agronomy, spatial planning, landscape architects, employees of state and local administration, responsible for spatial politics. Due to its scale 1:250.000 the map is useful as a general indicator of critical areas and not for direct spatial planning on local scale.
