1.
Invited talk at NIH/National Library

Presented were the ProBiS algorithm and the ProBiS web server which aims to predict the protein binding sites that are found via the local protein structure search in the PDB data bank (Protein Data Bank).

Protein docking

We have developed an algorithm for structural similarity search in multiple related proteins to find conserved binding regions on proteins involved in protein-protein interactions. We have used this algorithm to tune the AutoDock docking algorithm to predict the native protein complex structure from unbound protein structures.
