Content of polyphenols in cv. Zelen

Article shows above average concentration of polyphenols in cv. Zelen. In research we showed, that grape variety Zelen contains much higher concentration of polyphenols comparing other white varieties. This is very important regarding tecnology and dietetic effects.

Interaction between the concentration of certain free terpenes and sensorial quality of wine.

In article we showed for the first time the content of terpenes in local variety cv. Zelen and their influence on sensory perception on wine. Sensory analyses showed negative corelation between linalool and organoleptic quality of wine.
