In Slovenia this publication represents the first monograph on the issues of Parkinson's disease. Monograph reflects multidisciplinary work in covers diagnosis, differential diagnosis and global management of patients with Parkinson's disease, including a complete review of modern pharmacological as well as all other methods of treatment.

Activities include computer-assisted assessment of movement disorders with the use of video cameras, static and dynamic stabilometry, giroscopic sensors and graphic plates.
