Ballads are one of the most enigmatic genres in Slovenian and in European folklore studies. Author presented ballads to Slovenian public in its typological and themathical context as genre which in Slovenian ballad tradition has as many types as English, Scottish, Romanian and Scandinavian traditions.

Metadata collection of folk songs genres and Songs of Slovenia (CD)

The development of the informatizational system DaGNI with intention of digitalization and optimization of the process of documentin theSlovenian folklore. The metadata collection of the base Ethnomuse with basic structure of the clasification and typologization of folk songs. Klasification structure is each folk songs has five levels: genre subgenre, type, subtype and variant with use of three parameters: by content, form and function. Insertion of 1280 melodies in base. CD presents different song's genres of Slovenia.
