Implementation of Action Plan for C&D Waste Processing 2004-2008 resulted in significant progress in the field of C&D mamagement in slovenia. However, there is still a lot to be done in the future. The paper is aimed to analyse current situation and its weaknesses and to give recommendations for the future.
