SVETLIČ, Rok. The ontotheological residuum in the XXI century amd the anomaly of the pre-comprehension of human rights

The contribution underscores the hidden presence of certain interpretative mechanisms which affect the comprehension of human rights. A shift from the content towards the form is an indicator of the dematerialised framework in which fundamental questions for the constitution of contemporary society are addressed.
