Previously, high efficient organic production needs to follow professional knowledge for production, guidelines for organic production and post harvest technology including food processing. For example, our research project of four oil crops grown under dry conditions, including greenhouse experiments is a contribution how to include less sensitive crops into rotation systems because of climate changes.
