Fused Late Endocytic Compartments And Immunostimulatory Capacity of DC-TC Hybridomas

We explained how the degree of spontaneous lysosomal fusion, which is a part of antigen presenting pathway in dendritic cells, affects immune efficiency of cell vaccine. We incubated fused and control samples of dendritic and tumor cells with citotoxic lymphocytes T. We found out that in cell vaccine the degree of fused lysosomes correlates to immuno efficiency of cell vaccine.

2.
Quantification of electrofusion products with confocal microscopy

A method for quantification of hybridoma yield of dendritic and tumor cells by confocal microscopy was described. This method includes also information about physiological process, implicated into antigen presentation.
