Simplified nonlinear seismic assessment of structures using approximate SDOF-IDA curves.

Poenostavljene nelinearne metode v potresnem inženirstvu so osnovane na nelinearni statični analizi in na nelinearnih spektrih odziva. Ena izmed takšnih poenostavljenih metod je N2 metoda, ki je bila razvita na Univerzi v Ljubljani, in implementirana v standard Eurocode 8. V tej študiji smo nelinearne spektre, ki so uporabljeni v N2 metodi, nadomestili z SDOF-IDA krivuljami, ki so izračunane na osnovi štiri-linearne idealizacije pushover krivulje. Predlagana metodologija je uporabljena na primeru štiri-etažne armiranobetonske konstrukcije.

OS Modeler - Examples of Application: Version 1.0

The objective of this report is to show the capability of the OS Modeler, which consists of a set of Matlab functions used for determination of the structural model, for performing nonlinear analyses by employing program OpenSees and for post-processing of the analysis results. Two examples of four-storey reinforced concrete frames are presented. The results of nonlinear dynamic analysis are compared with the results of the pseudo-dynamic test. Further on the influence of some selected modeling uncertainties on the seismic response is presented.
