Photolithographical properties of carbon black/epoxy conductive photoresist

The possibility to use conductive carbon based conductive photorests for photolithographic applications was analysed. Suitability of the composite for spin coating, UV poymerisation, developing and etching to obtain an acceptable resolution of potolithographically prepared structures was demanded. It was found in which conditions the prepared nanocomposites fulfil these criteria.

Dispersions of carbon black pigments in epoxy-based medium

Dispersions of carbon black pigments in epoxy-based polymer matrix were studied. Liquid and solid states were considered. Special attention was devoted to electric conductivity of material in dependence on concentration of functional particles and on average size and size distribution of corresponding particles in the applied polymer matrix.

Organisation of international seminars »Colour and Coatings« , Proceedings editor

Slovenian colorists association and National Institute of Chemistry organise international specialist seminars on “Colour and coatings”. It collects researchers from industry, research institutes and university from Slovenia and abroad which are working on this subjects. It is well accepted and helps in connecting different researchers on this fully interdisciplinary area.
