Invited lecture on measurements of protein-membrane interactions by surface plasmon resonance

Themost important manufacturer of surface plasmon resonance apparatures invited us to present our approaches in studies of protein-membrane interactions. We presented also work done with listeriolysin.

3.
Infrastructural centre for surface plasmon resonance

Organization and leading of the national infrastructural centre for surface plasmon resonance aimed to study the kinetics of molecular interactions (http://web.bf.uni-lj.si/bi/sprcenter/indexeng.html). The centre is an integral part of the network of infrastructural centres at the University of Ljubljana.

4.
Organization of Biacore user meeting

We organised Biacore and MicroCal user meetings, together with companies General Electrics Healthcare and HVD (25., 26. 11. 2009 in Ljubljana). New approaches on measurements macromolecular interactions were presented, but also chromatographic and other biochemical approaches. This was first such event in Slovenia and more than 80 researchers from Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Poland and Greece participated.
