Due to initiative of international organizations WOSC our programme team organized a double international conference on dealing with innovation processes with application of systems theory and cybernetic along with a number of related topics. Conferences included 12 symposia with close to 200 participants and 165 contributions from all continents, of which good ten percent were from Slovenia.

Its programme head and chairman is the programme team head Prof. Dr. Miroslav Rebernik. It is considered the most important Slovenian conference on entrepreneurship and innovation. It focuses always on challenges related to creation of a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial society.
B.02 Presiding over the programming board of a conference
COBISS.SI-ID: 56517121Paper research innovative working of modern companies, which demands mutual cooperation and suitable ethical work of all business participants. This contribution deals with 3 theses: (1) trust becomes the basis for formation of ethics of interdependence among the business participants, (2) trust has an important influence on business working and (3) the effect of trust on the business results can be monitored and measured. The contribution offers a new methodological and content-related approach to the role and importance of trust in the business of organizations.

COBISS.SI-ID: 8837148Certification according to the requirements ISO 14001 standard is becoming an important factor for companies to modernise their attitude towards sustainable development and to diminish pollution. In the analysis some general aspects of technology modernization as a result of ISO 14001 certification are assessed in order to develop a better understanding whether certification can accelerate adoption of new technologies and to find out to what extent it helped them to upgrade their environmental performance and technological innovation.
