Doctoral thesis of the young researcher Katarina Cankar, which was done in the course of the program, was awarded by the foundation Ad Futura as one of the 10 best thesis in Slovenia in last 5 years.

F.17 Transfer of existing technologies, know-how, methods and procedures into practice
COBISS.SI-ID: 1839439The members of the program team are involved in the integrated FP6 EU Co-Extra project and Dr. Gruden coordinates one of the work packages. We participated in three additional FP5 and FP6 EU projects Transvir, Portcheck and Pepeira and are members of the board of management of the European network of laboratories for GMO detection and its professional bodies. We are Slovene representatives in the boards of management in several COST projects. Dr. Pompe Novak is a Slovene representative in the European Plant Science Organization and Dr. Ravnikar at EPPO. The latter is a co-founder of EFA.
