Tul N, Novak-Antolič Ž. Serum PAPP-A levels at 10-14 weeks of gestation are altered in women after assisted conception.

In women, pregnant after artificial reproductive techniques, false positive screening tests are more likely. After a huge research we found, extremely important result, that PAPP-A levels are slightly lower but false positive tests are not significantly different from the population of pregnant women, who conceived naturally.

FELE-ŽORŽ, Gašper, KAVŠEK, Gorazd, NOVAK-ANTOLIČ, ŽIVA, JAGER, FRANC. A comparison of various linear and non-linear signal processing techniques

Our work represents new approach to the automated analyses of electrohysterograms of pregnant uterus for evaluation of imminent preterm delivery. Non-invasive, robust technique was developed, that is based on fully automated computer analyses of records for term as well as for preterm deliveries with linear and non-linear techniques for record analyses. The most promising techniques are proposed; at the same time we confirm that the records of EHG are analysable already in 22nd week of pregnancy. The article was published in superior journal: Medical and Biological Engineering and Computing.
