Telecommunication service AutoAttendant was developed in cooperation with telecommunication company Iskratel. AutoAttendant service presents an interactive voice response system which operates as telephone auto attendant. Technology used for realization of the service is based on VXML. Current installation is operational at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. It presents first such comprehensive and complex telecommunication service developed for Slovenian language.

User can activate, choose phone number, make call or deactivate system only with voice communication.
