Anthocyanin degradation of blueberry-aronia nectar in glass compared with carton during storage.

Together with Slovenian food industry we studied the degradation of most sensitive substances during the storage. In this article the relations between time, type of storage containers and most sensitive compound in commercially available nectar are shown.
