Reverse mentoring in the light of intergenerational collaboration and an aging workforce

For organizations, reverse mentoring is an innovative tool for talent management, recruitment and retention of employees, improvement social justice and diversity, bridging the generation gap between employees, understanding trends and customers, and fostering innovation. In addition, participants' individual learning can be extended to organizational learning and promote a culture of lifelong learning.
