This is an invited plenary lecture at the Fourth International Scientific Conference "Future of Higher Education - Bologna Process Researchers Conference" (FOHE-BPRC), Bucharest, 29-31 January 2020. The conference, which takes place every three years, has established itself among researchers in higher education as well as higher education policy makers and the general academic community, and contributions from the conference are published by Springer in the public domain; these volumes are highly read and cited (by March 2020, the edition 2018 had already recorded 308,000 e-downloads with link.springer.com). Our contribution was related to the twentieth anniversary of the adoption of the Bologna Declaration and provided a brief analysis of related achievements and future problems, based on our many years of research work in this field.
B.03 Paper at an international scientific conference
COBISS.SI-ID: 40092675In 2019, the Minister of Education established the Project Council for the Renovation of the School Inspection System and appointed a member of our program group, prof. dr. Janez Krek for the leader. The members of the project council reviewed the existing legislation governing inspections in education and proposed improvements, especially in the field of cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the procedure and the establishment of a preventive and advisory function of the inspectorate and other changes to help improve inspections in education.
F.23 Development of new system-wide, normative and programme solutions, and methods
COBISS.SI-ID: 5401006The monograph is dedicated to the life of the associate professor dr. Veljko Troha, who marked not only the work and development of the Faculty of Education at the University of Ljubljana, but the entire school system in Slovenia. During his career, he went through pedagogical and research paths from school principal, director of the Pedagogical Institute to dean of the Faculty of Education. In recognition of his contribution in these fields, the members of our research group designed and implemented a monograph, which partly includes scientific and partly professional and commemorative articles. As a whole, it is intended for the widest pedagogical reading audience in Slovenia.

COBISS.SI-ID: 29076995As part of our program, we also focus on issues of support for young people in psychosocial and mental health problems. A member of our group participated in the preliminary, and is now participating in further research on the accessibility of organized forms of support for young people in psychosocial and mental health problems. The relevance of the research lies primarily in the fact that it is the first in our area to bring a first-person perspective of help seekers. The results have already been presented in several articles, reports, as well as at conferences organized by e.g. the NIJZ, such as the Expert Meeting on the occasion of World Mental Health Day 2020 (NIJZ, 23 October 2020; not in COBISS). Here is one of the publications that provides results in this area [COBISS.SI-ID 5280101]
F.18 Transfer of new know-how to direct users (seminars, fora, conferences)
COBISS.SI-ID: 5280101This is an evaluation of the first ten years of the implementation of the accommodation support program at the Kralji ulice association, which covers all current users of this newly established model in Slovenia. It provides a comprehensive picture of the scope of accommodation support, its diverse models and also outlines guidelines for further needs in this area. The evaluation therefore represents an insight into the achievements so far, and at the same time it is an informative material for experts in the field of homelessness and, more broadly, social protection in connection with housing exclusion.
