Plyometric exercise improves jumping performance and skeletal muscle contractile properties in seniors

We had demonstrated that well structured and supervised exercise intervention, based on force-velocity manipulations, positively affects muscle function in seniors () 65 years). We used a newly developed Slovenian technology, the M-wave sensor (manufactured by TMG-BMC, Ljubljana, Slovenia), that was shown to be a viable tool to track for electromechanical efficiency of lower-limb muscles, as previously suggested in our recent paper (Paravlić et al., 2017)
