The song of metal - Millenia of metallurgy in Slovenia

Main exhibition project at the National Museum of Slovenia in 2019, prepared in collaboration with the Department of materials and metallurgy at the Faculty of natural sciences and engineering. Organized with generous support of the Slovenian industry that contributed extensive knowledge, material and financial sponsorship. The contribution is significant from the point of view of the general public, industry, museum as well as metallurgical professions.

Contribution on a hitherto forgotten Slovenian textile designer that achieved considerable success internationally. The lecture provided important stimulus in promoting modern Slovenian design abroad.

Die experimentellen Hinterladergewehre Edmund Pistotniks (1823-1891)

International publication of unique prototypes of experimental breech-loading small arms. On the one hand, the contribution outlines the pioneering achievements of an undeservedly forgoten inventor of Slovenian origin. On the other hand, it presents never before published artefacts from the NMS collection.
