1.
Engineering atypical tetracycline formation in Amycolatopsis sulphurea for the production of modified chelocardin antibiotics

In this paper we published approaches of biosynthetic engineering and number of new analogues which we produced in the scope of this project

2.
Heterologous expression of the atypical tetracycline chelocardin reveals the full set of genes required for its biosynthesis

In this paper we demonstrated for the first time expression of the entire set of chelocardin genes in heterologous host. We have also demonstrated production of novel chalocardin analogues.

3.
Extracellular production of the engineered thermostable protease pernisine from Aeropyrum pernix K1 in Streptomyces rimosus

In the scope of this paper we presented new expression system for production of production of heterologous proteins. By applying this approach we also produced two proteins of minimal PKS related to this project.

4.
Comparison of proteomic responses as global approach to antibiotic mechanism of action elucidation

In the scope of this publication we studied mechanism of activity of chelocardin and its potent analogue, which is relevant for this study.

5.
Amidochelocardin overcomes resistance mechanisms exerted on tetracyclines and natural chelocardin

In the scope of this publication we studied mechanism of activity of chelocardin and its potent analogue, which is relevant for this study.
