In situ vaccination for gene electrotransfer

At the weekly education program of the Institute of oncology Ljubljana Urska Kamensek presented the use of gene electrotransfer (GEP) as an invited speaker. She presented the construction of the vectors for GET and practical examples for the use of GEP for in situ vaccination and local stimulation of immune response at the tumor site.

The role of DNA-specific pattern recognition receptors in electrotransfer of plasmid DNA into tumor cell lines

Maja Čamažar was an invited speaker at the XXIV International Symposium on Bioelectrochemistry and Bioenergetics of the Bioelectrochemical Society in Lyon, France. She presented the role of DNA-specific pattern recognition receptors in electrotransfer of plasmid DNA into tumor cell lines.
