DEFINING PERSONALISED BREAST CANCER RISK WITH THE EVALUATION TOOL S-IBIS AT THE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE LEVEL

There were two goals in our study. We assessed the feasibility of implementation of S-IBIS at the primary level of health care system in the Health Center Logatec. And, we calculated individualised breast cancer risk for 105 women included in our study. According to the risk score, women were divided into three risk groups (population, moderate and high). Our results show that S-IBIS may be used at the primary level. We were able to calculate breast cancer risk for all women included in the study and we could divide them into risk groups. The majority (89,5 %), was distributed into population risk. Only 10,5 % of women were at moderate risk. No woman was categorised into high risk group.
