Abstract
The aim of the project:
(1) Preparing, purification and molecular characterisation of the porcine and human interferons, as well as interferon-like proteins obtained through the electroinduction. The main analysis shows the difference in the glikosilation level.
(2) The comparative analysis of different biological effects of porcine and human interferons as well as interferon-like proteins in vitro in tissue cultures.
(3) Introduction of the pig as animal model for the in vivo tests of human and porcine interferons and interferon-like proteins.
