Abstract
Kinetic models for quantitative analysis of dynamic MRI data will be applied for macromolecular contrast media. New imaging sequences that overcome a relaxation effect of slow exchange of water between tissue spaces will be constructed. MR techniques to measure distribution of direct (DC) electric current and radiofrequency (RF) electric current will be developed and applied in biological tissues (tumors, bones, humans). New techniques of spatial measurements of arbitrary selected regions of interest will be introduced and tested “in vivo”.
