Abstract
The research will focus on cybernetic structuring, operations and adaptive control of work systems with the emphasis on the role of the subject related to the develpment operations and decision making in the manufacturing work systems. Important abilities of the subjects (operator, designer, researcher, manager, team leader etc.), such as competence, co-operation - abilitiy for selforganisation, team work and other relevant abilities for an optimal structuring and operating of the manufacturing work systems with the objective to develop a new paradigm replacing the F.W. Taylor''s, will be investigated.
