Abstract
Five years passed since the Slovenian Parliament adopted the new Companies Act and there is already an outstanding question whether our corporation legislation is entirely harmonised with momentary trends of development in the EU, particularly as a consequence of extensive activity in the EU. Therefore is the need for further harmonisation of our status legislation to the European.
