Abstract
Research will include: - analysis of relevant literature, legal prescription; - working out of initial work model and methodologoy; - analysis of chosen examples of urban execution documentation and of executed costs; - analysis of costs and specific declinatory cases from standard urban outfit; - design of measures for the volume of cost estimation; - model design for ration between density, land use and costs; - test of model and implementation; - experts meeting and model evoluation.
