Abstract
In the postprivatization time in Republic Slovenia is a swing of trading with shares, and new experiences showed the need for perfection of the existent legislation, with new legal solutions in the field of status law and law of securities, to regulate companies takeovers and to adjust suitable terms of trading with securities, on one side, and to follow the harmonisation proceedings in the EU with appropriate normative interventions, on the other side.
