Abstract
Our aim is to assess demographic, social and disease-related characteristics of outpatients, day patients and patients in community services. We will also evaluate patients’ quality of life, their social functioning and burden on relatives.Results will be used to evaluate the efficiency of community services and planning of the future development of community services network.
