Abstract
Some plants important to the pharmaceutical industry, like Primula veris L. and Chrysanthemum cinerariefolium (Trav) Bocc. are to be introduced in in vitro conditions and different types of cultures are to be established. The connection between growth and production of secondary metabolites under the influence of the pathogen Agrobacterium rhizogenes and other external factors like light and plant growth regulators will be examined.
