Abstract
In the explanatory and normative Legal terminological dictionary, the modern legal terms, EU terminology included, will be presented from both, legal and linguistic aspects, it will be semantically described and it will be assessed with regard to the scientific and technical, as well as linguistic suitability, time and usage frequency. Thus, it will enable the user the choice of the technically and linguistically appropriate naming. In the writing of the dictionary, Legal experts, as well as linguists will be equally involved, working jointly.
