Abstract
A model exercise will be developed for elderly affecting neuro-muscular system to improve mobility, balance, self-esteem, and social integration. Different drills, repetitions and frequency of workouts will be tested with fundamental movements to provide basis for efficient training. A combination of muscle electrical stimulation, sensor-motor exercise and strength training will be employed to shorten rehabilitation after ACL surgery. A new measuring device for trunk muscles will be constructed to provide simple and efficient isometric strength measurement for various applications.
