Abstract
Proposed industrial research project deals with telecommunication services. Language technologies – in our case automatic speech recognition – are used as user-friendly interface to telecommunication service. Improvements of IskraTEL automatic speech recognition system, working on VoIP network, will be carried out in the framework of this project. The first project’s phase will be devoted to preprocessing of speech signal, mainly to the development of filter banks. The second phase will deal with acoustic modeling procedures that guaranty the robustness of system. The last project phase will be focused on hypotheses post processing.
