Abstract
The project is aimed at boiling mechanisms research and the parametrs study of the interaction between active nucleation sites in nucleate boiling, as well as in the boiling heat transfer mechanism in microchannels, which is the important field in convection heat transfer. The research will be enable design of enhanced boiling heat transfer surfaces, wich decrease temperature difference needed for the same transfered heat flux. In this way the entropy generation is decreased and the exergy efficency of the heat exchanger with phase change is increased. The ability to predict the boiling condition from the surface characteristics would enable the performance of boiling heat transfer surfaces to be optimized
