Abstract
European Job market is constantly in search of a workforce with increasingly adequate and specific skills, but demand
couldn’t always be fully satisfied by internal supply.
Without adequate competencies profiling nobody can be easily matched for job shortages.
Project aims to address two issues: integration of the immigrants in the European Job Market, and make up for the current lack of non-cognitive and cognitive skills assessment.
