Abstract
The project focuses on increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption across various modes of transport by utilizing and transferring the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), particularly the Environmental Management System (EMS), into different transport sectors such as aviation, urban transport, inland water transport, and rail transport.
The project will develop a set of tools to support the implementation of a tailored Environmental Management System (EMS) across four specific models:
EMS for companies managing local, regional, and national airports
EMS for companies managing rail networks
EMS for companies managing inland water transport
EMS for companies managing urban transport systems
